Expert in Building Information Modeling (BIM) in construction (m/f/d)

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a BIM expert:in the construction version (w/m/d) at DB InfraGO AG (Personenbahnhöfe) at the Hamburg or Hannover locations for the Nord regional area. you accompany our projects to effectively transfer BIM from planning to construction and gradually establish it in the day-to-day business of construction sites. Your tasks:

You accompany the introduction and application of the BIM methodology in the construction of our construction projects at the transport stations in the North region You also support the project management to use BIM models, data and processes specifically for appointment, quality and cost management in the construction phase. As an interface between planning, construction design and project management, you ask for consistent use of BIM information You make sure that BIM requirements and standards are adhered to and applied pragmatically on the site You will also accompany the projects in the creation of BIM-relevant projects, and you will agree with all relevant interfaces, e.g. on model use, attributes and data sharing and releases You support the design of tenders and contracts with a focus on BIM performances in the design As a multiplier:in you train and enable project participants (e.g. construction monitoring, construction management, contractors) to handle BIM tools and processes

Your profile:

You have completed engineering or technical studies (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering construction) Furthermore, you convince by your experience in the construction design, construction monitoring or construction management, ideally with BIM cover You can also demonstrate good knowledge of BIM methodology and common BIM software and collaboration tools You have a safe appearance in the multi-project environment and joy in bringing new working methods into practice You also act as a driver:in, coach and translator:in between digital method and real construction site Your profile completes your team-oriented, communicative and solution-oriented way
