We wish

• Successfully completed training as a state-approved educator (m/w/d), healer (m/w/d), social education (m/w/d) or diploma education (m/w/d) or BA/MA Social Work
• Experiences in the crib area or elementary area are of advantage, but we also welcome professional beginners.
• Team skills to work effectively with colleagues and other professionals
• Loadability to keep quiet even in demanding situations
• Fun at challenges and motivation to cope with them and grow personally
• Interest in continuous training and active exchange with colleagues

• Support in the development of rituals and structures in the daily routine
• The daily routine for and with children, taking into account the individual development needs
• Self-employed work in the field of care, education and promotion of children in the institution
• You want to further develop our educational concept
• You communicate openly and confidently with your parents and plead a partnership with them
