You make sure that we meet our quality standards on our machines and lines and expand them more and more - from the individual & purchase part to the finished machine and plant.

Responsible handling and systematic follow-up of supplier complaints Development and qualification of suppliers in close cooperation with purchasing, technology and manufacturing Planning and execution of supplier audits in the cross-functional team. Support for supplier selection and release Support for supplier evaluation regarding quality and documentation requirements Conducting quality recordings and documentation of test results and compiling required reports in Dynamics 365 Application of common test equipment and quality methods for root analysis and sustainable avoidance of errors Creation and further development of test plans with focus on purchasing articles Participation in the continuous improvement of supplier performance Support for validation of outsourced manufacturing processes (VWB)

Your competence is based on commercial or technical training Professional experience in the field of supplier quality, ideal in machine or plant engineering Knowledge of quality methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC) To collect and evaluate complaints, you have experience with ERP systems and the M365 environment (ideal: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI) Embossed technical understanding and analytical thinking Knowledge of test processes, means and methods of advantage Communication strength, enforcing ability and structured functioning courtesy, binding and secure appearance to suppliers and customers Secure German - and English in word and writing Travel readiness within the framework of approximately 5–10 %
