Through close cooperation with departments and international units, the Group Controlling creates clear structures, supports strategic planning and contributes significantly to the sustainable stability and further development of the company.

Proactive and independent participation in the IFRS consolidated financial statements and support and coordination in the Group-wide audit process Monitoring the financial operations of the global group and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal guidelines and regulatory requirements With the design of Group-wide financial, digitization and harmonisation projects as well as further development of controlling and reporting processes Working with the introduction and further development of ERP solutions, including process design and implementation management Financial analyses and active business partnering with subsidiaries and HQ management to support strategic decision-making processes

Complete business studies and multiannual relevant professional experience in finance/controlling/invoicing/economic examination Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP of advantage) as well as BI tools Communication strength and interest in cross-functional cooperation Strategic thinking and proactive team player* who likes to tackle projects related to financial infrastructures and business processes Very good knowledge of English and German (in word and writing) and possibility of project-related travel
