Head of sophisticated construction projects with a turnover of 20 – 100 million € – from initial analysis to acceptance and commissioning Agiles project management throughout all phases of performance, including consulting our customers in planning and realization Negotiation and creation of offers and the processing of supplements Professional leadership and development of all project participants in the project Central interface for customers and partners – including communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Complete study of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in project management of construction projects and experience in project management of major projects in industry desirable Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV and good knowledge of MS Project Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Willingness to regional and regional rice activities in Germany and Europe Network strength, persuasiveness and skill in dealing with different project participants
