That makes this job interesting for me: The position combines direct influence on safety in construction with a visible role in the project everyday within all relevant AC-Onshore projects in the field of responsibility. I actively shape safe construction sites and work closely with project teams and contractors. At the same time, the position offers me a lot of scope to shape security culture in a sustainable manner and to implement improvements in practice and thus contribute to the safe and successful energy transition. My tasks: support and counselling of project, specialist and department management to ensure and maintain safety at work on construction sites; Examination and evaluation of the HSEQ documentation of contractors (e.g. risk assessments, work and assembly instructions, HSE plans) as part of tenders and during the construction execution, as well as identification of project-specific risks in the construction process including transfer of findings into a continuous improvement process, active support of the project teams for HSEQ-relevant questions in the projects and support of critical phases of construction, close cooperation with project management, professionals for work security, SiGeKo and other relevant interfaces to ensure a uniform HSE confession in projects and knowledge transfer; promoting a lived security culture on the construction sites through visible presence, clear communication and model function, Implementation of regular construction site visits and control of the implementation of HSE requirements on site incl. documentation and follow-up of measures; support in the analysis of accidents, near accidents and safety-critical events, as well as derivation and implementation of prevention measures together with the relevant interfaces (e.g. the central occupational safety, regional centres), participation in the creation and development of project-specific HSEQ concepts and standards in close coordination with project management and other business areas; Support in the evaluation of contractors with regard to their HSEQ performance in the context of awards and ongoing projects and coordination support for external HSEQ functions in projects such as SiGeKo and others.

Master / technician or completed studies of an engineering science discipline or comparable qualification, Multiannual experience in the HSEQ area of large infrastructure projects, the ability to organise and enforce services; communication and team skills in projects as well as a strong talent to create a common HSEQ confession among all project participants, Safe handling of MS Office applications, Driving permits and the willingness to regular service trips. The construction sites are located in the entire network area of 50Hertz, with an assignment to the region north-west or south-east of Berlin.
