Working student position in the field of quality pump construction (m/f/d)

You support the Quality area in the development of digital dimensional layout tables. You will work closely with all adjacent departments, such as Operations, Design & Development, Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain Management. Development and elaboration of digital dimensional design chains (craw material to finished part) as a function of different production stages for the main components of metering pumps. For the definition of manufacturing requirements and specifications, appropriate work instructions, work plans and finished parts designs are used. For this purpose, the information of the existing documents must be linked in the sense of a programmable logic in order to generate a set-up of all dimensions per production stage (part-)automated. The aim is to implement this logic into the existing CAD system (SolidWorks) and the existing CAQ system (BabtecQ) in order to create reusability for future products. If you are interested, you can edit the project as part of a Bachelor's or Master's thesis. The technical support and continuous support, both during the project processing and as part of a possible final work, is carried out by a firm contact person from our company.
