Projektmanager (m/w/d) is responsible for our high-quality service portfolio in close cooperation with our sales and project department You are running Supervisors and Teamleiter (m/w/d) for our mobile units in your regional area Ensure our strategic and financial business goals by implementing our integrated security solutions Securitas Solutions You promote growth through the implementation of concrete sales strategies regarding our profitable customer development and the new customer business You are a holistic customer contact partner and understand how to work together successfully in a matrix organization You develop strategic measures for better employee satisfaction, promote proactive talents and develop them further

You preferably have completed vocational training in the technical/commercial/commercial field, a study is advantageous You have multi-year leadership experience in a comparable position with an exceptional orientation to motivate and convince our employees You have business and entrepreneurial understanding, as well as experiences with budget responsibility You possess very good educational and conceptual skills as well as a pronounced service-oriented way of working You have excellent negotiating and consulting skills You have an excellent understanding of complex relationships in terms of commercial planning and use of business intelligence tools
