Corporate Controller (m/f/d)

You are central contact persons for the management in all relevant control questions, prepare decisions and advise on control options, risks and priorities. You conduct and coordinate the controlling across all companies/sites, set standards, define responsibilities and ensure the quality of the results. You provide consistent, meaningful control information for the Group (KPI logic, commentary, management readouts) You run the planning and forecast processes, consolidate the results You analyze earnings, cost and driver structures (including EBIT, cover contributions, overheads), identify areas of action and initiate or accompany measures to improve earnings. You examine and structure economic bills, investment and project calculations, evaluate scenarios and give a sound recommendation to the management. You are responsible for corporate governance policies You control governance frameworks for the management: you structure decision-making and forum processes, define standards (e.g. DOA/releases, reporting, business-case rules) and ensure liability across the group.

Completed studies in business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading position in controlling, ideally in the group/holding environment or in a multi-site organization Outstanding analytical skills, a very good understanding of figures and a high quality of data and reports Communication strength and enforcement capacity
