Lean Methods in Practice: As a Lean Coordinator (m/w/d), our teams support you in the introduction and application of Lean Construction – before, during and after the construction process Tactics with system: You develop timing plans and logistics concepts and actively accompany their implementation at the construction site. With you, construction processes run smoothly and targeted Continuous improvement process: You analyse operations in day-to-day operations and drive process optimization at project level – with a focus on time and cost security and sustainable improvements

Education: Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience with a secure understanding of processes in project processing Lean Competence: Funded knowledge in Lean-Construction methods, in particular in clock planning, load-planner system (LPS) and continuous process improvement Tool know-how: Secure handling of building-specific lean applications such as Dalux, TAKT.ing or LCMD as well as MS Office Soft Skills: Analytical, independent and solution-oriented approach with high quality standards. Your communication strength as well as your team skills complete your profile
