For our 24-month trainee program starting at 1.10.2025, we are looking for a trainee construction and operation distribution networks Strom & Gas (m/w/d)* at the Rendsburg site. Together with you, we plan the trainee program, with the focus of your activity on network services in the construction and operation of the distribution networks electricity and gas.

Your possible tasks include building site management, development and improvement of process processes in the network construction sector and maintenance, modeling of quality indicators to increase efficiency, as well as supporting maintenance management electricity and gas.

In addition, you have the opportunity to get to know more areas such as network centers, special networks, shopping and business IT.

You are involved in the current daily business and also take over project-based tasks.

The trainee program We promote your professional and personal development throughout the program by a personal mentor or a personal mentor.

You will be given the opportunity to complete a multi-week group operation (e.g. at Bayernwerk, E.ON, Westnetz).

You will take part in targeted training and workshops on topics such as ''Energy Economy'', ''Communication'', ''Agile Project Management and ''Artificial Intelligence''.

At regular network meetings, you can exchange with the other trainees and expand your network.

You have a good to very good degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering, road construction, or comparable. You are IT-affin, have gained first experience in agile project management and have knowledge of digitalization and automation technologies.

You are interested in energy-economic topics such as renewable energies, network technology and decarbonization.
