Career Program Engineering for University Graduates (m/f/d)

The career program for engineering is an individual program and prepares you for a diverse career with us. In our engineering program for university graduates (m/w/d), you accompany all phases of performance in planning and construction up to handover to the customer. You can work with fastening solutions in high and engineering construction, fire protection topics, the methods of digital planning and the technical building equipment. Together, we discuss the direction of destination and your individual next step. The 18–24-month program is diverse and challenging – individual coaching and direct mentoring guarantee you close support and support. You start with us as a technical consultant (m/w/d) in our engineering internal service team of CAD project technology or BIM construction and thus pave your way in engineering at Hilti. The target position is determined individually with you and leads you to our engineering consulting for building technology or fastening technology.

You have a degree in engineering (supply engineer, civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering with a focus on plant engineering, building engineering, TGA planning, or an equivalent training as a state-tested technician with the engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, utility engineering, utility engineering or plant engineering). At best, you can bring experience in the field of engineering, construction management or in a planning office through internships or student work. You are sure to use MS Office and CAD software (REVIT, NAVIS Works, BIM Collab etc.). You strive for a career in engineering. You want to expand your knowledge and develop your skills. You have a high degree of self-motivation, result orientation, good self- and time management as well as pronounced communication strength in German and English.
