In order to strengthen our team and as successor to our current department management, we are looking for an electrical engineer/automatic engineer (m/w/d)

An extensive incorporation with the aim of leading the department in foreseeable time With ongoing projects, you can deepen your knowledge in the field of all-round heat treatment and its processes As an actively working, incoming department manager, you construct electrical assemblies and control cabinets, program the systems and take them into operation independently both with us and with the customer. You will learn the hardware we use, the parameterization of measurement and control components, the setup of drive systems and sensors and actuators Through your expertise, you support our sales in technical questions You work closely with those responsible for operating management in defining priorities, measured variables, plans and resources for manufacturing to achieve tactical and strategic business goals You are responsible for maintaining and improving processes in your area of competence By participating in the development and management of the department budget, you will remain in line with the corporate objectives By responding to changing business conditions, by adapting the goals and implementing alternative solutions, you will change your budget.

At least five years of professional experience with first experience in a leadership position, desirable in a comparable industry You have a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, measurement and control technology or comparable Ideally, you have previously completed a professional training in an electrotechnical field You have already been able to apply your learned knowledge in your previous professional life and know you with the common programming environments such as TIA Portal Step7, TIA-Safety, WinCC Unified, Soft-SPS CodeSys, and with drive controls and bus systems with Profinet, Profibus, CAN or the like. Hands-on mentality and active problem solving are of course for you Experience in handling an ERP system You have the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects within a specified time and budget framework while pursuing a strategic vision in terms of future operational concerns You are a language, you can also communicate in the English language and convince yourself by a sympathetic and self-confident appearance. Through your structured and methodical way of working, you are always “Lord of the Situation” and responsive to others You are in possession of a class B driver's license and have a high level of readiness to travel to help our customers on site in Germany as well as worldwide. Your skills in the areas of personnel management and organization, as well as the ability to manage the details that are required for a smooth running of all aspects of the department, you can positively contribute You have the ability to dynamically lead and thereby develop, formulate and implement a vision for your department
