You actively drive the digitalization, automation and use of AI in our company. Together with the departments, you identify potentials, develop innovative solutions and implement them directly at the interface between business and IT. In doing so, you design digital workflows, implement AI-use-cases, and optimise in particular sales and customer-oriented processes in the international environment. This allows you to make a central contribution to the digital transformation of our company.

Analysis and optimization of business processes for identifying digitalization and automation potentials with focus on efficiency and quality Development and implementation of modern solutions in the form of workflows as well as low-code/no-code applications for sustainable process improvement Conception and realization of AI applications and use cases to use new technologies profitably in the company Consultation and close cooperation with the departments, including the implementation and moderation of workshops on joint solutions Translation of technical requirements in pragmatic, technically feasible concepts and support of implementation Working in international projects and digitalisation initiatives to establish sustainable working practices across the company

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, IT management, business management or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the environment of IT, digitalization or consulting and understanding of the analysis and optimization of business processes Experience in managing projects or subprojects and basic knowledge in IT governance and transformation methods Interest or experience in process automation and handling AI or workflow technologies Analytical and structured thinking skills as well as the ability to prioritize complex topics and to prepare them for addressing Experience in moderation and cooperation with different stakeholders High autonomy, solution orientation and ability to act as an interface between IT and specialist areas German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
