We are looking for you as a lawyer / full lawyer / Legal Counsel (m/w/d) - Focus on labour law!

Responsible legal advice and support of the specialist departments and management in all matters of individual and collective labour law Monitoring and legal assessment of labour law measures (e.g. dismissals, terminations, transfers, transfers) Design, examination and negotiation of work contracts, cancellation contracts, business agreements and other relevant documents Cooperation with the Works Council including preparation and monitoring of co-determination procedures Representation of the company in labour court proceedings and coordination of external lawyers Support in the development and implementation of personnel strategies from the labour market perspective Observation and assessment of legal and legal developments and deriving appropriate recommendations for action Training and workshops for managers and HR on labour law issues

Full legal person ideally with a focus or additional qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in a firm or legal department, preferably in a collective or co-determined company Knowledge in individual and collective labour law and in adjacent areas of corporate or data protection law Experience in cooperation with works councils and accompanying restructuring measures Sovereign appearance, pronounced communication strength and negotiation skills Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic mode of operation flowing German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge of advantage
