The Sana Klinikum Lichtenberg in the sponsorship of the Sana Kliniken Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH is an academic teaching hospital of Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin and a hospital with a focus on 661 beds. It has an emergency room, the Departments of Internal Medicine (Gastroenterology, Cardiology and Geriatry), General and Visceral Surgery, Orthopaedics, Trauma, Hand and Restoration Surgery, Women's Medicine and Obstetrics, Breast Center, Anesthesiology and Intensive Medicine, Child Surgery, Children's and Youth Medicine, Institute of Pathology and Institute of Radiology.

Participation in the construction and further development of care controlling Analysis and preparation of nursing key figures (e.g. nurse sublimits, PPR 2.0, Doku quality) Development and maintenance of reports and dashboards for care and clinic management Support in managing working time management (service plans, degrees of occupation, failure analyses) Data analysis in the context of care documentation, personnel and performance transparency Close cooperation with nursing practice, IT, HR and controlling Cooperation in projects for digitalisation and quality assurance

Complete training as health caregivers Desirable study in the care, health or controlling area Ideally professional experience in hospital environment or care controlling Secure handling of MS Excel; Experiences with BI tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau) of advantage Structured, team-oriented and analytical work Communication skills in an interdisciplinary environment
