Customer Success Manager - Customer Service / B2B / Sales (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for expanding inquiries of our customers: inside and ensuring optimal customer retention You support the Head of Sales in the implementation of customer requests and forward relevant inquiries to internal departments You process selected service requests and find efficient solutions for our customers: You recognize opportunities for cross- and upselling and actively support the implementation of these potentials, e.g. at bicycle fairs and off-days Through your empathic and structured way of working, you make sure that our customers are thrilled and working with us in the long term.

You have first experience in customer success management, sales or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment You have excellent communication and team skills You work structured and independent You are customer-oriented and think solution-oriented You have a technical understanding and affinity for digital tools You speak German and English
