Werkstudent/-in Quality Management (m/f/d)

As a working student (m/w/d) you can expect exciting and challenging tasks. We are looking for a support of at least 15 hours / week and your main tasks include: Working together to build, develop and maintain a global integrated management system. Components include: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, GxP, CMS

Participation in the creation, testing and approval of quality documents, such as global policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions or process instructions including maintenance in the system.

Support in the processing of complaints to ensure that customer requests are efficiently and promptly resolved.

Support for administrative tasks in the quality environment to ensure a smooth running of our quality processes.

Support in the creation of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and in the processing of relevant measures

Participation in quality improvement projects

Support in the organisation, supervision and implementation of audits (internal and external) and inspections

Studies in the field of natural sciences (chemistry, pharmacy or biology), medical technology or business administration. Experience in handling MS Office applications.

Written English skills are advantageous to communicate in an international environment.

Experience with SAP is beneficial.

Profile: Structured and conscientious operation and enforcement ability to efficiently manage complex tasks.
