Restructuring Consultant - Controlling / Planning / Mergers (m/f/d)

You prepare refurbishment reports and advise clients independently in business matters. You develop and visualize integrated business planning and build meaningful reporting for controlling with MS Excel. You actively accompany the implementation of restructuring processes and act as an important interface for managing clients. In close cooperation with the team, you contribute to the preparation and implementation of M&A processes in the crisis environment. You analyse the financial situation of companies to examine insolvency claims and support insolvency administrators in the process execution.

You have successfully completed an economic study or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in controlling or accounting. In dealing with MS Office, especially Excel, you are versed and working quickly into new tools. With your analytical skills, you can penetrate complex facts and present your results convincingly. You communicate safely in German and bring good knowledge of English.
