You are mainly responsible for the inter-site strategic SCM medium-term planning of product groups and act as a central point of intersection between product range, supply chain management, production and distribution. You contribute to the further development of planning models, processes and tools for increasing efficiency or better integration of cross-departmental planning data and ensure a transparency along the entire value chain and a sustainable supply capability. You actively shape and coordinate the perspectives of product, manufacturing and purchasing as part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). In addition, you will work out strategic options in close cooperation with purchasing and manufacturing, such as outsourcing scenarios. You accompany development projects and new contracts in close coordination with development, product range, purchasing and manufacturing; bring your expertise in SCM applications in early stages.

You have completed their studies in the field of economic engineering, business management with a high point supply chain management (SCM), production technology or comparable. In addition, you have already been able to gain professional experience in production planning, supply chain or strategic business planning, preferably in a technological and safety-critical environment (e.g. car motifs, aerospace, machine and plant engineering). You will also be sure to deal with planning characteristics, capacity models and supply chain metrics. You have a deeper understanding of product development related processes and their effects on supply chain and capacity planning.
