What's the point? The Industrial Engineering Department of Prefabrication is responsible for the technological development of the Mechanics and Electronics departments of prefabrication and the industrialization of new products for electronic prefabrication. In order to further develop this organizational unit, we are looking for a dedicated manager (w/m/d) who develops the team with 40 employees professionally and humanly and actively shapes our goals.

You will: support and (further) develop production processes in pre-production of electronics and mechanics and associated technologies according to LEAN approaches and standards of Industry 4.0 further advance the development of digital competence and automation in pre-production ensure continuous process improvement in industrial engineering with your team, e.g. by defining processes and process descriptions Use your extensive knowledge about factory planning together with the department lines of electronics and mechanics prefabricated profitably Integrate product development projects and ensure the smooth production start of new products design our technology and technical process leadership of pre-production in coordination with development and other process participants run the department with three group leaders of production planning, maintenance and equipment production and continuously develop

You: a completed university degree in a technical field, e.g. economic engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing/process engineering or production engineering, or a comparable field of expertise with have proven leadership experience in a comparable position in the context of industrial production are characterized by pronounced leadership and communication skills as well as by an analytical, target- and result-oriented method of operation communicate fluently in German and English ideally bring experience with management systems for process improvement (LEAN management, TPM/TQM, Six Sigma etc.) with have extensive project experience and holistic process thinking as well as sound knowledge in Industry 4.0 and REFA methodology
