Conducting visual, measuring and dimension testing using technical drawings, specifications and manufacturing tolerances Optical and functional testing of measurable devices for damage and operational readiness as well as fores and waiting of test devices performing non-destructive tests (ZfP), in particular fluorescence and penetration tests Collection of used melts and production parameters as well as testing of waste documents, material and personnel certificates as well as internal documentation Implementation of first-off tests, production-accompanying tests at different workplaces and plants, as well as control of production-accompanying documentation Execution of approval tests for first samples, prototypes and series products including evaluation of test results according to internal specifications and customer requirements Support for production in quality problems, process deviations, product qualifications, initial sampling and new products, as well as introduction and documentation of deviations (e.g. 3A, 8D, Ishikawa) and blocking or blocking. Approval of defective or conformer products

Successfully completed industrial training and 3 to 5 years of professional experience Knowledge of the Pressure Equipment Directive and comparable rules Qualification and experience in non-destructive testing (ZfP) Safe handling of measuring instruments such as measuring clocks, depth measuring instruments, teachings and microscopes as well as knowledge of the proper use of calibrated test equipment Embossed technical understanding in the field of heat exchangers, manufacturing technology and material engineering Willingness to work in shiftwork Good knowledge of English Secure handling of MS Office and SAP
