In our Intermediate Care Station we treat and nurture patients from the fields of general and visceral surgery, trauma surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, urology, MKG and HNO.

As part of a guided tour on time, we are looking for a Deputy Station Management (m/w/d) in full time or part-time (3 shifts, full-time 39 hours in the 5 days/week, part-time at least for our interdisciplinary operative Intermediate Care Station M0BC. 80%.

Care professional care of patients and cooperation in the station Deputy technical, organizational management and further development of the station Constructive and targeted cooperation with the Care Directorate, all other levels of care and other professional groups You comply with statutory, professional and organizational regulations and standards

(m/w/d), nursing specialist (m/w/d) At least two-year professional experience in the intensive/IMC area A completed specialist training IMC or Intensive / Intensive Anesthesia or the willingness to participate in such a training A completed/started training to lead a unit or completed/started study in the field of care management or the willingness to participate in such a study Management/management experience is advantageous Experience in the above-mentioned priority areas is advantageous The readiness to continuously develop Designed technical and social skills and analytical skills Knowledge in the application of modern management and communication instruments A high degree of self-motivation and self-employment You know and represent the strategic, operational and economic objectives of the clinic and of the nursing and functional services Empathy, friendly ways of dealing and respectful behavior Collaboration readiness, team capacity, flexibility and resilience
