You take over the economic/accompanying and financial planning for the sales division and are responsible for tax matters of the division. You summarize the planning of the main points of sale for business planning and cost controlling. With your expertise, you carry out budget distribution and budget control for the main points. In the case of savings controlling, key figures development and risk management, you support. Thanks to you, monthly and quarterly reports are prepared, including monitoring and adjustment of forecast values. Monthly plan / actual comparisons and deviation analyses will be carried out independently. You will further develop existing control tools. You take over the quality assurance of data management in SAP. You deal with basic tax issues and provide instructions for action relating to the sale of properties (basic trade operation of a commercial nature) and the provision of services of the sale for third parties (service operation of a commercial nature). You take over the plausibility and billing of personnel and sales costs. You support the field management in consulting the departmental management and the main sales offices.

Qualification: You have a completed high school degree (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor) in the field of business or real estate management or a comparable qualification. Competences: You have extensive knowledge and practical experience in the fields of economic/business and financial planning, business management, accounting, controlling, key figures and commercial law. You ideally have knowledge of tax laws (sales, basic and corporation tax laws), the federal budget and the federal budget.
