Your duties

• independent operation and monitoring of modern Production plants
• compliance with all occupational safety and quality standards
• regulation of technical parameters such as plant speed and Furnace temperature
• Proactive cooperation in maintenance, troubleshooting and Production tests
• Effective troubleshooting to ensure high product quality
• Continuous coordination with adjacent departments such as Logistics and maintenance

• High reliability, self-initiative and careful Procedure
• Team orientation and strong communication strength
• readiness to work in a fully continuous layer system
• Experience in textile production desirable
