In the first few weeks, you will get to know your fellow trainees, our trainers and the company Dräger – a great opportunity to close new friendships and build a strong network. Your basic technical training starts alternately with the theoretical phases at the technical college in Lübeck. So you are perfectly prepared for your use in the departments and can translate your knowledge directly into practice.
