You monitor and control the smooth production of our wind turbines by remote monitoring – in the 24-hour shift operation You analyse errors, determine the cause and promptly guide suitable solutions You coordinate service operations in close coordination with local service organisations You jointly ensure that contractual aspects, availability and reaction times are reliably adhered to Technically you enter our customers and technicians and support them wherever necessary
