You have already successfully completed a large part of your studies? Then you sniff corporate air with us! In our Offenburg plant, we need your support for a total of six months from September 2026. As an intern (w/m/d) Human Resources, you are part of our HR team from the outset and support us in operational personnel topics, in particular in the areas of personnel procurement, personnel development and personnel support.

Your main tasks are: accompanying the entire recruiting process from job alerts to applicant communication to active participation in interviews planning, organisation and participation in training and workshops, as well as cooperation in new concepts and personnel development measures. the active support and advice of our employees and the comprehensive integration into the daily business. In addition, you support us in HR projects and thus contribute to the optimization of the personnel area.
