We are looking for a specialist in tax compliance management and tax training (w/m/d) at the Department of Central Control and Services / Finance in the field of Internal Tax at the next possible time Full time, unlimited The field of internal taxation supports the departments of the city administration in tax matters. A focus of the body is on the construction and further development of the Tax Compliance Management System (TCMS) as well as on the training and awareness of employees on tax issues. Payment is made up to pay group 11 TVöD or grade A12.

Your tasks: Development, implementation and further development of the Tax Compliance Management System (TCMS) of the city of Ulm Analysis and optimization of tax-relevant business processes as well as support in their legal design Identification of tax risks and development and monitoring of appropriate measures together with the departments Developing and updating standards, instructions for action and guidelines in the field of tax compliance Planning, coordination and monitoring of targeted training and information events for the practical placement of tax content within the city administration

Your profile: Bachelor of Arts – Public Management, Diplom-Financialist*in (FH), Bachelor of Laws – Tax Administration or a comparable degree with tax law Interest in tax matters and in the design and optimization of administrative processes strong communication skills and the ability to understand complex situations independent, structured and responsible operation Team skills and joy in cooperation with different disciplines
