Responsibility for the entire financial planning and analysis for Germany and Denmark Development of an efficient reporting system for internal and external addressees Ensuring high data quality and governance across the FP&A team Creation of budget, forecasts and derivation of operational control measures Strategic advice of management and commercial areas Identification of new business opportunities and assessment of commercial opportunities and risks and financial support of contract negotiations Monitoring OPEX & CAPEX including investment releases Optimization of personnel deployment and resource planning across all areas Support for M&A activities, including Financial Due Diligence and participation in long-term business planning

Successfully completed economic studies (Master) Deep leadership experience in FP&A in dynamic, complex environments Embossed Analytical Skills and Strong Commercial Understanding Experience in evaluating business models, budget processes and forecasting Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High integrity, professionalism and sense of responsibility Innovation joy and ability to solve complex issues pragmatically Embossed resilience, performance orientation and self-motivation Experience in the private equity environment of advantage
