Proposal Manager:in (m/f/d)

Process control: You take over the central organization and structured processing of offers (proposals) in the international context – from the tender to the delivery. Coordination: You control cooperation with internal departments and external project partners, check the completeness and up-to-date of the content (e.g. references, CVs) and ensure a smooth delivery process. Quality assurance: You develop and optimize the structure of the offers, coordinate the creation of attractive graphics (in cooperation with engineers/graphers) and take over the linguistic and content final control of the offers. Date management: You actively manage deadlines and make sure that offers are delivered on time and quality.

Qualification: completed studies (e.g. economics, international business/management, communication management, language or cultural studies) or a comparable qualification. Experience: Found practice in proposal management or a comparable project management function, ideally in the technical environment. Language Competence: Excellent German and English (Business English) for the legal audit and production of international offers. Methodology: Embossed organizational strength, initiative and safe handling of complex deadlines. IT-Skills: Routinized handling of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as common project and collaboration tools.
