We are looking for you from 01.07.2026, limited to 31.12.2026, as a working student (m/w/d) special care insurance for our nursing center in Karlsruhe with a weekly working time of 15-20h. As a dedicated student (m/w/d) and administrative all-round talent, you actively support our team in the prioritized processing of tasks. On this path you are actively contributing to ensuring the most smooth running of our customers (m/w/d). ''Hands-On'' is not a foreign word for you? Perfect, because we need someone like you! We count on you: As an organizational talent with a view to the detail and master (m/w/d) of the routine, you take over the processing of simple, recurring facts. You can reliably and accurately record all relevant data in our system. This means you contribute to faster application processing. You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) at a university or university and have ideally already gained first experience in the administrative environment or work in the office. You have very good knowledge of German in C1 level, in word and writing. You bring safe MS-Office knowledge and find yourself quickly in professional PC applications. A quick understanding and a high level of readiness to learn are yours. You effortlessly structur your to-dos and it's easy for you to set the right priorities.
