Construction management CSA data center (m/f/d)

As a CSA building manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the technical, timely, economic and qualitative control of our construction projects. In doing so, you coordinate all the structures involved in the high, raw, and expansion, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and guide the project team until the successful handover of the project. This includes: Responsible control and coordination of CSA, mechanical and electrical structures including scheduling, resource management, progress control and coordination with project participants, specialist planners and subcontractors. Ensuring work security and quality management at the construction site including documentation, follow-up of measures and implementation of corporate standards throughout the entire project period. Commercial and contractual project management with responsibility for costs, supplements, performance assessments, change management and regular coordination with the commercial project team. Management and control of the construction site organisation including management of the project team, coordination of contractors, implementation of construction site and coordination meetings, and creation of status, progress and security reports. Technical project processing and fault management including auditing of planning documents, drafting of execution drawings, tracking of deficiencies and ensuring a timely processing of open points.

Professional training with training as master/technician or successfully completed studies in the construction sector At least 5 years of experience as CSA building manager in the handling of large projects
