Operational Excellence & Quality Specialist (m/f/x)

You take over the creation, continuation and implementation of a comprehensive quality concept in logistics, together with an external partner You will start KPIs, follow-up and documentation of progress and follow-up of the project as part of success controls As an interface, you coordinate the exchange with all responsible persons, including external partners and service providers, as well as managers within the logistics You analyze and evaluate processes in terms of productivity, process stability and quality with a focus on customer satisfaction You are responsible for the systematic identification of vulnerabilities, sources of interference and potential for improvement You drive the required software adjustments to ensure complete inventory and quality evaluation You are part of workshops for process improvements and primarily as a multiplier and trainer of processes on the logistics area

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of logistics or quality management or a completed study with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience First experience in project and process management as well as in support of corresponding projects Experience in working with OKRs as well as in the knowledge transfer and training of employees (required) Knowledge in SQL (of advantage) Impressed sense of responsibility, reliability and a structured and careful way of working Very good communication skills and team orientation Strongly pronounced analytical skills, rapid understanding and decision-making High interest in the further development and optimization of processes Safe handling of Google Workspace, Visio or comparable tools Good presentation and training skills Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing English and Polish (of advantage)
