Group Leader Controlling

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Controlling Group and continuously develop your team You are responsible for all controlling processes within society and ensure high quality and continuous optimization of processes Together with your team, you cover a wide range of controlling disciplines – from sales and project controlling to supply chain controlling to service controlling. Here you act as a business partner and support management in operational and strategic enquiries You control the budget and forecast process within the company and actively participate in Group Budgeting and Group-wide Forecasting You analyze business development based on business performance indicators, identify opportunities and risks, and guide action recommendations for management. You drive forward the further development of our controlling instruments, reporting and control mechanisms and support the development of group-wide controlling standards You are responsible for the ongoing development of the controlling IT landscape and actively shape the digitalization and automation of financial and reporting processes You guide selected finance projects, coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives You act as a central contact person for management, executives and departments in business matters You work closely with the national and international companies of the VITRONIC Group and support the further development of a single financial management

CHECKLIST You have a successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an internationally established company You bring first leadership experience or have already successfully teams or Projects conducted professionally You have sound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and business management You have experience in the further development of controlling processes and the introduction or optimization of reporting and BI solutions You have a good understanding of ERP, BI and planning systems and are happy to actively shape the financial IT landscape.
