Employee for the Request department (m/f/d)

You are responsible for IT-assisted viewing, qualification and forwarding of incoming documents that have not been clearly recognized by the scanning process. The visualization of the correspondence and the dealloy in the corresponding task postcards is also one of your tasks. You conduct formalized correspondence with external customers. You support team leadership in improving workflows.

You ideally bring a completed vocational training in the field of healthcare or comparable qualifications in the relevant field. Alternatively, you have acquired the necessary know-how through practical experience and specific knowledge to successfully fulfill the tasks of this position. You bring very good knowledge of the current MS Office programs. You have good oral and written communication skills. Their work is characterised by thoroughness and care. You like to work independently and enjoy working in the team.
