We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of renewable energies:

• Renewable Energy & Battery Storage (BESS) Project management & overall responsibility: You control infrastructure projects for network integration at medium and high voltage levels, including the planning and construction of substations. You are responsible for the technical design, approval, tendering and construction until commissioning and handover. Ensure quality, dates, budget, work security and regulatory compliance

Technical planning & system integration: You develop network connection solutions and substation concepts for wind, PV, storage and hybrid projects. You check network connection conditions, define connection concepts and agree closely with network operators and internal specialist areas, using project management methods for efficient control.

Approval Management & Tenders: You coordinate all relevant approval processes (e.g. BImSchG), create technical specifications and performance directories and conduct contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers.

Implementation & construction monitoring: You monitor the construction, assembly and commissioning of all network connection systems. You ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards and implement projects into operation and asset management.

Strategic participation & location development: You evaluate new projects, secure suitable locations and take contract negotiations with municipalities and owners.

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable discipline with experience in the management of infrastructure or energy projects related to network integration

Practice in the technical planning of power connections and in battery storage technologies

Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. VDE AR N 4110 and VDE AR N 4120)

Expertise in approval processes and tenders (e.g. BImSchG)

Communication strength, negotiation skills and strategic thinking

Manage complexity, act quality consciously and create innovative solutions

Reliable and team-oriented work

German language skills

Class B driving licence
