Our team supports the applications in the global logistics and planning processes in the aftersales sector to ensure a smooth supply of workshops and a high customer satisfaction. These challenges include: Support in planning and coordination of appointments

Support in creating logistics processes in SAP Signavio

Structure and maintenance of documentation (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint)

User-review support

Creation of presentations, reports and newsletters

Preparation and tracking of meetings, workshops and status rounds

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Course in Economics, Logistics, IT or a comparable degree programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

First knowledge in project or program management of advantage

First knowledge of Jira and Confluence
