Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting and accounting: Implementation of full accounting for a fixed group of real estate and equity companies (mainly GmbH & Co. KG, GmbH, special assets) Processing of property, equity, complementary and stock companies including payment transactions Book of shareholder accounts within the framework of the annual accounts Working with monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (HGB, KAGB): Creation of annual accounts according to HGB and KAGB Participation in the creation of the sales tax forecasts Creation and review of tax returns Cooperation and coordination with auditors, tax advisers, financial offices, auditors and house administrations Creation of legal and supervisory reports and reporting: Responsibility for the timely creation and submission of legal and regulatory reports coordinating relevant content with internal interfaces and external partners to ensure high data quality Design and development of processes: Active participation in the optimization and standardization of processes in the Fund Accounting Support for projects to digitize and automate accounting and reporting processes Introducing ideas for improving efficiency and quality assurance in day-to-day business

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on accounting or a commercial training with further training on the balance sheet holder or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally related to real estate funds or financial services Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, AGRESSO) are advantageous Good English knowledge of word and writing Structured, reliable and independent operation with high self-initiative Team spirit, commitment, flexibility and sense of responsibility complete your profile
