Our client is a traditional, medium-sized company that is embedded in a German group of companies, around the areas of production, logistics and service. At two sites, alternative fuels are produced, which are further processed in energy-intensive industries. As a reliable partner and service provider, our client is well established in its market and actively contributes to environmentally friendly waste management. As part of a regulated succession, we are looking for a dedicated plant manager (m/w/d) for our client at the headquarters in Central Germany.

Control and monitoring of production processes Creation of production, shift and holiday plans Material ordering for suppliers Provide the output material in the required quantity, quality and size, if necessary Correction of weekly planning according to requirements Maintenance and repair of production facilities, planning and ordering of necessary spare parts or work equipment Leadership and development of the team of nearly 50 employees Instruction, instruction and teaching of the staff members Calculation, planning and organisation of the annual revision as well as control of compliance with the chronological processes
