Project Administrator specialising in Public Management, Administrative Economics or Business Administration (m/f/d)

You advise both applicants and contractors on issues relating to the funding methods of research, investment and special projects, including the development of tenders. You develop new and efficient processes of commercial management and manage the administrative team. You are responsible for the final preparation and examination of letters of consent, revocations or Annulment contracts and claims for use. You are also responsible for calculations for offers to the contractor and for billing the contract services to the contractor. You create self-responsibly model templates to ensure legal and economic tasks. You support the development and control of digital processing processes.

You have a degree in the field of Public Management, Administration and Business Administration with many years of professional experience e.g. in project funding or financial management. You have deeper knowledge of budgetary and administrative law as well as the planning, control and optimization of administrative processes. You are responsible for the application of EU legislation on research (especially AGVO, De-minimis Regulation) and are familiar with the right of grant in Baden-Württemberg (LHO, VV-LHO with ANBest-P/ ANBest-K). You are safe in handling MS Office, have general IT basic knowledge and IT affinity. You have personal integrity, are characterized by reliability, a high understanding of services and a strong sense of responsibility, are resilient and maintain your friendly communication behaviour. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as strong experience in the formulation of binding texts are required.
