Your tasks:

• independent management of our real estate stock
• Control and organisation of domestic engineering (planning, maintenance, modernization)
• Leadership and motivation of the Haustechnik team
• Interface between owners, tenants, service providers and craftsmen
• Implementation of innovative solutions for efficient building management

Your profile:

• completed training/study in the real estate sector or comparable qualification
• first or multi-year experience in real estate management
• Management experience or safe handling of personnel management
• Organizational talent, communication strength and enforcement
• Fun at the mix of office work and “on site” presence
