Your role Implementation of pay billing in SAP HCM

Advising employees and managers on pay tax and social security issues

Contact person for all questions regarding the pay billing of employees and managers

Implementation of legal and tariff requirements

Creation of certificates and social security reports

successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification

multiannual professional experience as a pay calculator

very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law

well-founded knowledge in SAP HCM, Service Now and MS Office package

very friendly and sovereign appearance and a pronounced service orientation

very independent, structured and reliable operation

high sense of responsibility as well as communication and team skills

fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
