This makes this job interesting to me: As a Process Owner IT Service Management (w/m/d), I take a central role in the analysis, development and introduction of ITSM processes. I actively shape the process landscape, improve service quality sustainably and thus support the reliable operation of business-critical IT services in an environment of critical infrastructure.
