Close communication with national and international customers Control, processing and testing of customer orders bookings of goods inputs and outputs as well as inventory corrections in the goods management system Requirement of missing information and documents to customers, offices, carriers or partner brokers Self-employed monitoring of deliveries and settlement of complaints Compliance with customer requirements, quality and safety standards Creation and processing of shipping documents

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Professional experience in commercial activities Interest in an exciting mix of office and (occasual) storage activities Safe handling of current MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English in word and writing, Polish and/or Russian language High commitment, team capacity and responsible action Safe appearance and service and customer orientation
