Employee Order Management (m/f/d)

You process customer orders from the collection of the order to the creation of all necessary order documents You control your orders independently, monitor delivery dates and check the availability of the required resources You are responsible as a direct contact person for written and telephone customer requests You work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth process You actively contribute your ideas and work on the continuous improvement of our work processes

You have a completed commercial training and bring a strong organizational talent with Ideally, you have already gained experience in order processing or order management Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and solution-oriented acting belong to your strengths As a communicative and open minded personality, you are happy to work in the team and contribute to a positive relationship Safe handling of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) is of course for you. You are also familiar with ERP systems such as Business Central or ready to work quickly.
