You receive our guests with a smile and make sure they feel comfortable from the first second You accept guest wishes, process them competently and timely and ensure a smooth hosting You support the issue of food and events at the service You keep the overview, coordinate reservations and ensure a smooth process You set up billing documents properly and ask for correct cash management You perform administrative tasks in the reception area and support the team as needed

You have a completed training in the hotel industry or gastronomy You have profound knowledge in the field of guest care, event management, catering and quality control You are an organizational talent and keep an overview even in stressful situations You are strong in communication, have a friendly appearance and joy in dealing with people You have well-founded expertise in handling your computer You are reliable, team-ready and have an independent working JOBV1_EN
