To support, design, develop and adapt interactive and appealing training materials and work closely with your team to ensure that digital content is always up to date They conduct demand analyses to identify competence gaps and training requirements You will also work with the clinical team to ensure the coordination of the clinical curriculum They provide learning content at courses and events of the Medical Education department and ensure that all necessary materials are provided to support colleagues You evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and analyze the training results in the aftermath In cooperation with a data analyst, make sure that all course data is collected in the database You can also manage the training database, records and reports to comply with and follow policies You keep up-to-date by implementing current industry trends and technologies for training They support the coordination of the logistics for training and Events including planning, material procurement and communication They regularly exchange with international colleagues from the Learning Program Team

You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a similar degree and also bring relevant professional experience in the field of training, instruction design or similar with A strong presentation and communication skills You have experience in the successful design and implementation of training programs and can prove them In addition, experience in working with e-learning programs, learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools Furthermore, you have good knowledge with e-learning author tools, Intellum solutions (Exceed, Evolve, Level and Tribe) and the MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) They have a great passion for continuous learning and professional development and are also adaptable to changing environments and training needs They are characterized by high ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information They bring a trip willingness of about 5% with
