We are committed to implementing the energy transition in Germany. We take over all services of the planning and realization of renewable energies.

You advise our company on legal issues in the energy sector, in particular in the areas of renewable energies, electricity market regulation and energy law. In addition, you support the implementation of energy policy requirements and compliance with regulatory requirements, e.g. B. EEG, EnWG and KWKG You will unravel, check and negotiate contracts in the field of energy generation, grid connection, electricity supply and feed. In addition, you create complex contracts for project development, in particular in the fields of photovoltaics, wind power and storage technologies You make sure that our company meets the compliance requirements regarding national and European energy regulations and represents our company before authorities, in particular the Federal Network Agency, and in approval procedures You conduct judicial and extrajudicial disputes in energy law and represent our company in arbitration and in regulatory conflicts You work closely with internal departments such as project development, sales and compliance to develop legal solutions that are in line with corporate objectives, and coordinate cooperation with external law firms and consultants:in order to efficiently solve legal issues

You have a degree in law and the second law examination, with admission as a syndicate attorney (m/w/d) pursuant to § 46 BRAO You have several years of experience in energy law, ideally in a company in the energy industry or a specialized firm You have experience in dealing with energy law issues such as network usage charges, market integration of renewable energies and regulatory requirements You have very good knowledge of national and European energy law and an understanding of economic relationships and technical know-how in the energy sector You draw from high communication skills, negotiation skills and analytical skills You work structured, trade independently and are able to work successfully in the team
