Head of electronics development projects for battery chargers and engine converters from project initiation to series production Cross-departmental definition and coordination of work packages to achieve project objectives in terms of quality, cost and timetable Promoting cooperation between internal teams, development partners, production sites and suppliers – nationally and internationally Identification of project risks and ensuring compliance with technical requirements and specifications Planning and control of budgets, manufacturing costs and resources including status reports and escalation management

University degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable technical field (University or University of Applied Sciences) Experience in the management of development projects in the electronic environment and in the management of cross-functional teams Understanding the Principles of Requirements Engineering and Confidence with the V Model Development Process and its Application in System Technology Pragmatic working, strong team spirit and flexibility Very self-responsible, structured functioning and strong enforcement capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
